Senior DevOps Engineer (7+ Years Experience)

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior DevOps Engineer to join our team and lead the design, implementation, and management of secure, scalable infrastructure and automation workflows. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize CI/CD pipelines, cloud environments, monitoring solutions, and deployment strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, deploy, and manage scalable cloud infrastructure on AWS (EC2, S3, RDS, IAM, etc.).
• Build and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, GitHub Actions, or similar tools.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning using Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Manage Docker containers and Kubernetes clusters (EKS or self-hosted).
• Implement and maintain monitoring and logging solutions with Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, or CloudWatch.
• Ensure infrastructure security, reliability, scalability, and performance.
• Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement preventive measures.
• Collaborate with development teams to streamline deployments and automate environments.
• Maintain up-to-date technical documentation and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 7+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps, SRE, or Infrastructure Engineering.
• Strong Linux administration and scripting skills (Bash, Python).
• Deep knowledge of AWS cloud architecture and services.
• Proven experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or CloudFormation).
• Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes (EKS preferred).
• Proficiency in CI/CD pipeline setup and management.
• Experience with monitoring/logging tools (Prometheus, ELK, Grafana, CloudWatch).
• Solid understanding of networking, security, and DevOps best practices.
• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).

Nice to Have:

• Experience with GCP or Azure cloud platforms.
• Familiarity with GitOps, Ansible, or serverless architectures.
• Knowledge of cost optimization, compliance, or multi-cloud deployments.
• Experience with CI/CD security, audit trails, or policy-as-code tools (e.g., OPA).
