Senior DevOps / Platform Engineer (Project-Based / Contractual)

Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior DevOps / Platform Engineer for a project-based engagement. The role will start upon project award and is limited to the project duration. The engineer will focus on CI/CD pipelines, environment provisioning, monitoring, and platform reliability and scalability to support project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, manage, and optimize CI/CD pipelines for application deployment.

• Provision and maintain development, testing, and production environments.

• Monitor system performance and ensure high availability, reliability, and scalability.

• Implement automation for infrastructure, deployments, and configuration management.

• Collaborate with development and operations teams to ensure smooth platform integration.

• Troubleshoot and resolve environment and platform-related issues.

• Support implementation of security, compliance, and best practices in cloud and on-premise platforms.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• 6-10 years’ experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, or Cloud Operations.

• Strong experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps).

• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

• Experience with infrastructure-as-code (IaC) tools like Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.

• Solid understanding of monitoring, logging, and observability tools.

• Familiarity with scalability, reliability, and performance optimization.

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in fast-paced, project-based environments.
