Role Overview

Evermore is looking for a strong Arabic-speaking diamond sales professional with proven experience in high-value diamond jewellery sales.

This role is ideal for someone who understands diamond selling beyond price—storytelling, confidence, trust-building, and closing. You should be ambitious, well-presented, and comfortable handling premium customers in a luxury retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

Engage and convert Arabic-speaking walk-in and referred customers

Confidently sell diamond jewellery and solitaires

Understand customer intent quickly and recommend the right designs

Achieve and exceed monthly sales and commission targets

Build long-term relationships with repeat and referral clients

Handle objections and close sales with confidence and clarity

Maintain luxury standards of presentation, grooming, and service

Represent Evermore as a trusted diamond expert, not a pushy seller

Required Skills & Profile

Strong spoken Arabic – mandatory

3+ years of diamond jewellery retail experience

Proven track record of high-value sales and conversions

Confident, persuasive, and target-oriented

Professional appearance and luxury customer handling skills

English required; additional languages are a plus

Comfortable working with incentives and performance-linked earnings
