*About the Role*

We're hiring a *Sr. Digital Marketer to lead our 360° digital strategy. You’ll own our end-to-end digital presence, driving growth through expertise in SEO, performance marketing, content, social media, and emerging AI platforms. This is a hands-on leadership role for a creative and results-driven professional.

*What You'll Do*

* *Lead Strategy:* Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies across all channels.

* *Drive Performance:* Plan and optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads and Meta to maximize ROI.

* *Boost Visibility:* Lead SEO efforts, including technical and on-page optimization, and ensure content is AI-friendly for platforms like ChatGPT and Google Gemini.

* *Manage Content & Brand:* Supervise all content creation, maintain brand voice, and oversee creative assets and online reputation (ORM).

* *Analyze & Report:* Track performance, generate insights, and report results to senior leadership.

*What We're Looking For*

* *Experience:* 2+ years in a senior digital marketing role with a proven track record.

* *Expertise:* Deep knowledge of SEO, performance marketing, content strategy, and brand building.

* *Tools:* Proficient with Google Analytics, Search Console, Meta Ads Manager, and Canva.

* *Skills:* Strong strategic thinking, excellent communication, and a proactive, hands-on approach.
