We are seeking a results-driven Sr SEO Analyst with a strong background in driving organic growth and leading SEO strategies. The ideal candidate should have 3+ years of proven experience in SEO, preferably in the software industry, along with exposure to PPC and social media management. The candidate must be capable of leading a team, analyzing performance, and delivering measurable results in line with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and oversee comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic visibility, rankings, and traffic.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of SEO specialists, assigning tasks and ensuring high-quality execution.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and market research to identify opportunities.
- Optimize website architecture, content, linking, and other factors to improve SEO positions.
- Monitor, analyze, and report SEO performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.
- Collaborate with the content, development, sales & marketing teams to ensure SEO best practices are applied.
- Oversee and optimize Google Ads campaigns to ensure maximum ROI and alignment with SEO strategies.
- Plan, execute, and manage social media strategies across multiple platforms to increase brand visibility and engagement.
- Stay updated with the latest search engine algorithms, trends, and industry best practices.
- Manage technical SEO, including site audits, crawlability, indexation, and page speed optimization.
- Create detailed SEO reports and provide actionable insights for management.
- Work closely with stakeholders to align SEO, paid ads, and social media efforts with overall marketing and business objectives.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3+ years of proven experience in SEO, with at least 1 year in a leadership or team management role.
- Strong knowledge of on-page, off-page, technical SEO, Google Ads optimization, and social media management.
- Hands-on experience with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Ads, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Moz, etc.
- Experience in the software/IT industry is highly preferred.
- Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and website CMS platforms (WordPress is a plus).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project handling skills.
- Ability to work independently while leading a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with AI-driven SEO tools and automation.
