About the Role:

Role Overview:

Virtelligence is hiring a Senior Digital Marketing & Demand Generation Leader to architect and execute a scalable go-to-market (GTM) engine for our U.S.-focused IT consulting and SaaS services.

This is not a “post on LinkedIn and run ads” role.

This is a growth engineering role.

We are looking for a strategic yet hands-on marketing expert who understands:

· B2B demand generation

· GTM motion for consulting & SaaS

· SEO and authority building

· AI-driven automation workflows

· Marketing-to-sales pipeline conversion

· Revenue-focused marketing

What You Will Own

GTM Strategy & Demand Architecture

· Design and execute multi-channel GTM strategies targeting U.S. healthcare systems and enterprise buyers

· Build demand-generation campaigns aligned to sales quotas and pipeline goals

· Develop account-based marketing (ABM) strategies for CIOs, CTOs, CHROs, and healthcare executives

· Align marketing with revenue, not vanity metrics

Demand Generation & Pipeline Growth

· Own inbound and outbound digital demand channels

· Build conversion funnels from awareness → MQL → SQL → Opportunity

· Drive B2B lead generation via content, automation, and AI-enhanced workflows

· Partner with sales leadership to optimize marketing-to-sales handoff

SEO, Content & Thought Leadership

· Develop authority-building SEO strategy for U.S. healthcare IT and SaaS markets

· Lead content roadmap: blogs, whitepapers, case studies, landing pages

· Optimize website for discoverability and conversion

· Build high-intent keyword strategy focused on buyer journey

Marketing Automation & AI Workflows

· Design AI-powered workflows for:

· Lead nurturing

· Content personalization

· Outreach sequencing

· CRM automation

· Integrate tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, SEMrush, GA4, etc.

· Leverage AI tools to scale personalization and campaign optimization

Analytics & Revenue Attribution

· Track performance across SEO, paid campaigns, organic social, email, and ABM

· Build dashboards that show revenue contribution

· Optimize campaigns based on conversion data, not impressions

Who You Are

· 7+ years in B2B digital marketing, demand generation, or GTM roles

· Experience in SaaS, IT consulting, or technology services

· Strong understanding of U.S. enterprise buying behavior

· Proven track record building pipeline through digital channels

· Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms

· Deep knowledge of SEO, content strategy, and analytics

· Comfortable working directly with executive leadership

· Data-driven and revenue-focused

· Entrepreneurial mindset with execution bias

Preferred Experience

· Healthcare IT or enterprise technology marketing

· Experience marketing ServiceNow, Workday, Epic, AWS, AI, or SaaS solutions

· Experience building ABM campaigns targeting CIOs or IT executives

· Exposure to GTM in U.S. market from offshore teams
