Key Responsibilities
- Digital Campaign Management
- Plan and execute paid and organic digital marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
- Optimize campaigns for ROI and conversions.
- Social Media Marketing
- Create, manage, and grow company presence on platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter/X, etc.).
- Develop engaging content, run promotions, and track engagement.
- Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
- Conduct keyword research and on-page/off-page SEO.
- Improve search rankings and website visibility.
- Search Engine Marketing (SEM)
- Manage PPC campaigns (Google Ads, Bing Ads).
- Optimize ad copy, targeting, and budget.
- Content Marketing
- Work with content creators to develop blogs, videos, graphics, and email newsletters.
- Manage content calendars.
- Website & Analytics
- Monitor website traffic, user behavior, and conversion rates.
- Use tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and Hotjar.
- Email Marketing
- Build and segment mailing lists.
- Design and execute email campaigns for promotions, updates, and lead nurturing.
- Market Research
- Analyze competitors, trends, and customer preferences.
- Provide insights for business growth.
- Reporting
- Track KPIs (CTR, CPC, CPA, engagement rate, conversion rate, etc.).
- Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports for management.
