Senior Digital Marketing Executive

Role Overview

The Digital Marketing Executive will be responsible for driving end-to-end online promotion and

brand growth of Noorio’s battery-powered wireless CCTV cameras. The role involves building traffic

and conversions through SEO, content optimization, and integrated campaigns across WhatsApp

Business, Instagram, Facebook, and other digital platforms. The ultimate goal is to increase online

sales directly through our website noorio.in and other online sellers of such products like FirstCry,

MyGate, and similar platforms.

Key Responsibilities

 Develop, manage and execute digital campaigns (organic and paid) across WhatsApp

Business, Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant platforms.

 Plan and implement advanced SEO strategies including keyword research, on-page

optimization (titles, descriptions, headers, image alt-text), and technical SEO (site

performance, structured data, mobile optimization).

 Build and execute a content strategy: blogs, product pages, FAQs, and guides that establish

Noorio as a brand in wireless battery powered CCTV camera technology.

 Drive link-building initiatives and partnerships with industry sites and bloggers to increase

organic visibility and domain authority.

 Explore and adopt modern SEO practices like Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) and

Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) to improve presence on AI-powered search tools.

 Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Meta platforms, WhatsApp campaigns,

and retargeting strategies.

 Track, analyze, and report on KPIs: website traffic, organic growth, conversion rate, CTR

(Click-Through Rate), and revenue by channel.

 Collaborate with product and design teams to ensure seamless user experience on noorio.in.

 Keep content updated and aligned with user search intent to boost rankings and

conversions.

 Ensure brand consistency across all digital campaigns.

Experience & Skills Required

 Minimum 7 years of experience in brand building and digital marketing, preferably in

launching and promoting new consumer tech or smart home products.

 Proven success in driving organic traffic growth and e-commerce sales through SEO, SEM

(Search Engine Marketing), and social media campaigns.

 Strong understanding of digital marketing tools including Google Analytics, Search Console,

Meta Ads Manager, WhatsApp Business API.

 Hands-on expertise in SEO best practices, technical SEO, and structured data relevant to e-

commerce websites.

 Demonstrated ability to manage paid social campaigns (Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp

Business).

 Data-driven decision maker with experience in achieving measurable growth.

 Strong content strategy and copywriting skills for product positioning and storytelling.

 Excellent project management skills with ability to collaborate across teams.

Educational & Soft Skills

 Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Digital Marketing or related field.

 Excellent communication and analytical skills.

 Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

 Continuous learner with an eye on emerging SEO and digital trends.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,871.01 - ₹32,962.45 per month
