As a Senior Digital Marketing Executive, you will support the Digital Marketing Manager by taking day-to-day operational responsibility for Mourant’s digital marketing tools, platforms, and channels. You will work closely with internal teams and external agencies to ensure our website, social media, and other digital touchpoints are maintained, optimised, and utilised effectively to drive engagement, brand awareness and leads.

About the Role

In this role, you will:

  • Manage digital marketing tools and channels on a daily basis, overseeing updates, quality control, technical improvements, and delivering internal training in partnership with the Digital Marketing Manager

  • Coordinate website maintenance and development alongside external agencies, ensuring all content is up to date, user experience is optimised, and Search Everywhere Optimisation (including SEO and GEO) best practices are followed

  • Lead social media and digital channel management, maintaining content calendars, scheduling and publishing content and multimedia assets, monitoring engagement and sentiment, analysing performance, reporting insights back to the Digital Marketing Manager, and leading on the employee advocacy programme

  • Conduct market research and data analysis, producing regular reports and insights to inform strategies and refine ongoing campaigns

  • Collaborate with marketing professionals to plan, implement, and manage content on a regular basis(including repurposing content into engaging digital formats), ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and commercial objectives

  • Plan and execute digital micro campaign deliverables, across social media, PPC, SEO, email and websites, ensuring that campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned to business plans and strategies

About you – essential requirements

  • Proven experience in a digital marketing role, ideally within a professional services or B2B environment

  • Practical knowledge of website content management systems (CMS), SEO principles, and social media platforms

  • Creative analytical skills, with experience in data interpretation, reporting, and using insights to optimise marketing activities

  • Excellent organisational and project management abilities, able to juggle multiple tasks and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

  • Effective communication and teamwork skills, demonstrating the ability to partner with colleagues, agencies, and other stakeholders

  • Commitment to an inclusive, collaborative culture, respecting diverse perspectives and contributing to a high-performance environment

  • Good attention to detail, with the drive to create high-quality work

  • A general understanding of digital compliance requirements, including GDPR, advertising standards, and other relevant professional services regulations
