- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
- Identify growth opportunities across paid, organic, and emerging digital platforms.
- Manage digital marketing budgets and forecast ROI.
2. Performance Marketing
- Oversee PPC, paid social, display advertising, and remarketing campaigns.
- Optimize campaigns to achieve maximum ROI and lower acquisition costs.
- Manage agency relationships (if applicable).
3. SEO & Content Marketing
- Lead SEO strategy including keyword research, on-page/off-page optimization, and technical audits.
- Work with content teams to create high-impact content across blogs, landing pages, and email campaigns.
- Ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints.
4. Social Media Management
- Develop and execute social media strategies to increase engagement and brand awareness.
- Monitor trends, competitor activity, and audience insights to guide content plans.
5. Email & CRM Marketing
- Manage email marketing campaigns, segmentation, and automation workflows.
- Improve customer retention and lifetime value through data-driven CRM initiatives.
6. Data Analytics & Reporting
- Track and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Data Studio, and CRM dashboards.
- Prepare weekly/monthly reports and present insights to leadership.
- Conduct A/B testing to improve conversion rates and user journeys.
7. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with sales, product, content, and creative teams to support business objectives.
- Oversee digital assets, landing pages, creatives, and brand messaging.
