Senior Digital Marketing Executive – Roles & Responsibilities
1. Digital Strategy & Planning
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies aligned with company goals.
- Plan monthly/quarterly campaigns for lead generation, brand awareness, and customer engagement.
2. Website & SEO Management
- Manage website content, updates, and landing pages.
- Conduct keyword research and implement on-page/off-page SEO.
- Track and improve organic rankings and website performance.
3. Social Media Management
- Plan and execute social media strategies across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
- Create engaging content, manage posting schedules, and monitor engagement metrics.
- Run paid social media campaigns and optimize performance.
4. Performance Marketing
- Plan and manage Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid campaigns.
- Monitor and report campaign ROI, CPC, CTR, and conversions.
- Optimize campaigns to achieve target KPIs.
5. Content & Creative Coordination
- Coordinate with designers, content creators, and agencies for creatives, videos, and ad assets.
- Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
6. Analytics & Reporting
- Track marketing KPIs using Google Analytics, Search Console, Ads Manager, and other tools.
- Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports and present insights for decision-making.
7. Email & Automation Marketing
- Manage email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, Zoho, HubSpot, etc.).
- Create email campaigns, nurturing flows, and automation sequences.
8. Lead Generation & CRM Coordination
- Drive high-quality leads through digital channels.
- Coordinate with the sales/CRM team to track leads and conversions.
9. Market Research & Competitor Analysis
- Monitor digital trends, competitor activities, and industry updates.
- Recommend new ideas, platforms, and strategies to stay ahead.
10. Cross-Team Collaboration
- Work with sales, product, and operations teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.
- Support offline events, product launches, and brand campaigns when required.

Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
