Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Digital Marketing / Growth Leader who can own and lead the end-to-end launch of a new digital product. This role is for someone with a startup mindset, an aggressive growth approach, and hands-on experience in launching and scaling digital products.

This is NOT a support or execution-only role. The candidate will be responsible for strategy, execution, and results.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end digital product launch campaigns (pre-launch, launch & post-launch)
• Build and execute aggressive growth & acquisition strategies
• Drive product branding, positioning, and messaging
• Plan and manage performance marketing (Meta, Google, YouTube, etc.)
• Own SEO strategy, content roadmap, and growth funnels
• Lead video-led marketing (short-form, explainers, launch creatives)
• Create structured campaign calendars & launch schedules
• Track KPIs, ROI, CAC, funnel performance & optimize continuously
• Coordinate with product, tech, and leadership teams

Required Skills & Experience

• 6–10 years of experience in Digital Marketing / Growth Marketing
• Proven experience launching digital products (startup or scale-up)
• Strong understanding of product branding & go-to-market strategy
• Hands-on with SEO, paid ads, content & video marketing
• Startup experience is mandatory
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment
• Strategic thinker with strong execution capability
