Senior Digital Marketing Manager

  • Strategic Planning
  • Develop, implement, and oversee digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and identify growth opportunities.
  • Team Leadership & Management
  • Lead and mentor the digital marketing team (SEO, SEM, content, social, email, etc.).
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (design, sales, product, PR) to execute campaigns.
  • Campaign Management
  • Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.).
  • Ensure campaigns meet KPIs such as ROI, conversion rate, lead generation, and engagement.
  • SEO & SEM Oversight
  • Drive organic traffic through SEO best practices.
  • Manage paid search and display campaigns to maximize visibility and conversions.
  • Content & Social Media Strategy
  • Oversee content creation (blogs, videos, newsletters, website copy, etc.).
  • Manage brand presence and engagement across social media platforms.
  • Analytics & Reporting
  • Monitor, analyze, and report campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot, etc.
  • Provide insights and data-driven recommendations to improve results.
  • Budgeting & Resource Allocation
  • Manage and allocate digital marketing budgets effectively.
  • Ensure maximum ROI from campaigns and vendors.
  • Brand Development & Awareness
  • Enhance online brand visibility and reputation management.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all digital touchpoints.
  • Marketing Automation & CRM
  • Oversee email marketing campaigns, drip campaigns, and customer retention strategies.
  • Leverage CRM tools for lead nurturing and customer segmentation.
  • Innovation & Trends
  • Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies.
  • Implement innovative tactics to keep the brand ahead of competitors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and execute digital marketing strategy.
  • Lead the digital team, assign tasks, and ensure timely delivery.
  • Optimize website performance and user experience.
  • Drive lead generation, customer acquisition, and sales through digital channels.
  • Analyze customer behavior and adapt campaigns accordingly.
  • Collaborate with agencies, vendors, and partners when necessary.
  • Present marketing performance reports to senior management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
