- Campaign Management
- Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.).
- Ensure campaigns meet KPIs such as ROI, conversion rate, lead generation, and engagement.
- SEO & SEM Oversight
- Drive organic traffic through SEO best practices.
- Manage paid search and display campaigns to maximize visibility and conversions.
- Content & Social Media Strategy
- Oversee content creation (blogs, videos, newsletters, website copy, etc.).
- Manage brand presence and engagement across social media platforms.
- Analytics & Reporting
- Monitor, analyze, and report campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot, etc.
- Provide insights and data-driven recommendations to improve results.
- Budgeting & Resource Allocation
- Manage and allocate digital marketing budgets effectively.
- Ensure maximum ROI from campaigns and vendors.
- Brand Development & Awareness
- Enhance online brand visibility and reputation management.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all digital touchpoints.
- Marketing Automation & CRM
- Oversee email marketing campaigns, drip campaigns, and customer retention strategies.
- Leverage CRM tools for lead nurturing and customer segmentation.
- Innovation & Trends
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies.
- Implement innovative tactics to keep the brand ahead of competitors.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute digital marketing strategy.
