Vairt is a leading company overseeing multiple brands and subsidiaries in digital services, marketing, and operations. We are seeking a strategic and experienced "Senior Digital Marketing Manager" to lead our marketing efforts, drive results, and mentor our dynamic team.

Position Overview

The Senior Digital Marketing Manager will develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies for Vairt and its subsidiaries. The role includes leading a multi-level marketing team, monitoring performance metrics, ensuring campaign ROI, and aligning marketing efforts with company growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop, implement, and oversee digital marketing strategies across all Vairt brands.

* Lead and mentor the digital marketing team including Managers, Assistant Managers, Leads, Executives, and Trainees.

* Monitor KPIs, with a lead generation target of 300 leads/month

* Analyze campaign performance and optimize marketing ROI.

* Prepare detailed reports for senior management.

* Ensure compliance with SOPs, timelines, and company policies.

* Coordinate with cross-functional teams to maximize marketing impact.

Qualifications & Requirements

* Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.

* Digital marketing certifications are highly preferred.

* Minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing, including 2 years in managerial roles.

* Proven ability to lead multi-level teams and manage large campaigns.

* Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and communication skills.

* Hands-on experience in campaign management, performance tracking, and team coordination.

* Ability to work on-site night shift aligned with USA time zones.
