Senior Digital Marketing Manager
Prob N Tech is hiring a Senior Digital Marketing Manager to lead digital growth across UK, European, and North American markets. This is a senior, hands-on role for someone who has personally built a digital growth function before — not a team-manager role and not a generalist agency seat. The role is based in Pakistan, full-time, office-based, with regular working-hours overlap with UK and US East Coast.
You will own SEO, organic social, paid acquisition, marketing automation, and analytics end-to-end. The audience is B2B mid-market — founders, COOs, CFOs, and operations leaders at companies between $5M and $50M in revenue across the UK, EU, and US.
The critical requirement is cultural and commercial fluency with Western B2B buyers. You need to think like a UK or European marketer, understand how a London procurement officer reads a LinkedIn post differently from a domestic buyer, and write English that sounds native to a Western reader. We are hiring in Pakistan, and we want someone who has already built that fluency — through international client work, study abroad, or sustained self-study of how strong Western B2B brands operate. If your portfolio is domestic-only and you haven't actively studied Western B2B marketing, this role will be a stretch.
You will be expected to study and reference how strong Western B2B brands operate — companies like Stripe, Linear, Intercom, HubSpot, Notion, Pleo, GoCardless, and Personio — and bring that level of taste, restraint, and analytical rigor to everything we publish.
Responsibilities
SEO and Organic Search
- Technical and on-page SEO across the company website — audits, schema, internal linking, Core Web Vitals
- Keyword research and content briefs aimed at Western mid-market buyers
- Editorial and programmatic content strategy, with quality control on output
- Off-page SEO and digital PR — backlinks, guest features, podcast placements in UK, EU, and US publications
- Monthly SEO performance reporting
Organic Social and Executive Content
- Channel strategy across LinkedIn (primary), X, YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook
- Personal-brand content for senior executives — drafting, editing, scheduling, and engagement
- Grow company and executive LinkedIn presence significantly against a Western B2B audience
- Originate short-form video, carousels, founder POV content, and case-study breakdowns
- Community management and DM-based partner outreach
Paid Acquisition
- Plan and run LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads campaigns tied to qualified meetings and revenue
- Manage CRM and marketing automation (HubSpot or comparable)
- Coordinate creative production with in-house and external resources
Analytics
- Own GA4, Search Console, LinkedIn Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and CRM dashboards
- Weekly leadership digest and monthly board-ready performance report
- Build attribution that links content, paid spend, and outreach to actual revenue
Requirements
- 5+ years in digital marketing, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead capacity
- Based in Pakistan, available for UK and US East Coast time-zone overlap
- Demonstrable B2B marketing experience targeting UK, European, or North American audiences
- Near-native written English with a clear Western B2B voice
- Hands-on technical SEO across Search Console, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, or SEMrush
- Proven LinkedIn growth track record, either building from scratch or significantly scaling existing accounts
- Personal experience running paid LinkedIn and Google Ads campaigns with revenue-linked KPIs
- Working knowledge of HubSpot or comparable CRM and marketing automation tools
- Strong analytical fluency across GA4, Looker Studio, and the major social analytics platforms
Preferred
- Lived, studied, or worked in the UK, EU, US, or Canada
- Exposure to AI, automation, SaaS, or B2B services marketing
- Industry experience in healthcare, manufacturing, professional services, or e-commerce
- Comfort with short-form video editing
- Experience building a programmatic SEO operation
- Experience marketing where executive thought leadership was a primary inbound channel
Disqualifiers
- Domestic-Pakistan-only marketing background with no Western B2B exposure or self-study
- Content-writer profile with social and analytics as side functions
- Strong on visuals but weak on attribution and revenue impact
- No personal LinkedIn growth to point to
- Agency generalist with no single brand owned end-to-end
Compensation and Logistics
- Full-time, Pakistan-based, office-based role
- Salary commensurate with experience and benchmarked against senior B2B marketing roles in the region
- Performance-linked component tied to pipeline and revenue contribution
