Senior Digital Marketing Specialist

Description of Duties:
  • Develop and lead digital marketing strategies across paid, owned, and earned channels
  • Manage company communications, ensuring brand consistency in all messaging and campaigns
  • Plan, create, and schedule social media content across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.)
  • Monitor and engage with audience interactions on social media in alignment with brand tone and goals
  • Create compelling, on-brand content including copywriting, visuals (coordinating with designers), and short-form videos
  • Lead email marketing efforts including newsletters, product updates, and campaigns
  • Coordinate internal and external communications (press releases, announcements, and media outreach)
  • Collaborate with design, content, and product teams to support integrated campaigns
  • Track KPIs and performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and HubSpot
  • Stay updated with the latest digital, marketing, and communications trends and tools
  • Guide junior team members or vendors when needed
Requirement (qualifications and specifics):
  • Minimum 4-5 years of experience in digital marketing and communications
  • Hands-on experience with social media management, content creation, and email marketing
  • Strong copywriting and storytelling skills across digital formats
  • Proficiency in Meta Ads, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and content planning tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Notion)
  • Strong understanding of digital KPIs, customer journey, and audience engagement
  • Knowledge of basic design tools (Canva, Adobe Express – bonus if proficient)
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Highly organized, creative, and strategic thinker with excellent interpersonal skills
