Job Title: Senior Digital Marketer (Performance Marketing)

Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Digital Marketer specializing in performance marketing. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital advertising, with a proven track record of optimizing ad campaigns and managing marketing funnels to maximize ROI.

Key Responsibilities:1. Campaign Management: Develop, execute, and manage performance marketing campaigns across various digital platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads).

2. Marketing Funnels: Design, implement, and optimize marketing funnels to ensure smooth customer journeys from awareness to conversion.

3. Ad Optimization: Continuously monitor and optimize ad performance and funnel stages to ensure cost-efficiency and achieve KPIs.

4. Data Analysis: Analyze campaign and funnel data to measure success, identify bottlenecks, and provide actionable insights.

5. Budget Management: Justify and manage the marketing budget, ensuring all spend is accounted for and delivers a positive return on investment.

6. Reporting: Prepare detailed reports on campaign and funnel performance and present findings to stakeholders.

7. Stay Updated: Keep abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in performance marketing.

Qualifications :Proven experience in digital marketing with a focus on performance marketing and funnel optimization.

Strong analytical skills and proficiency with data analysis tools.

Excellent understanding of digital advertising platforms and techniques.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
