We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Digital Marketing Specialist to lead our online marketing initiatives and drive patient footfall. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating 10 daily walk-in patients through strategic and data-driven digital marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, implement, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, etc.) to generate leads and walk-ins.
- Develop and execute local SEO strategies to enhance visibility in the area.
- Manage and grow social media presence with a focus on engagement and local reach.
- Monitor and optimize marketing funnels to convert online leads into physical visits.
- Design and manage content marketing strategies (blogs, video, email) targeting prospective patients.
- Collaborate with the front desk team to track and ensure daily patient walk-in targets are met.
- Analyze campaign performance and provide regular reports with actionable insights.
- Maintain a marketing calendar and execute promotional campaigns/events.
- Stay updated with industry trends and digital tools to ensure continued growth.
KPIs / Performance Metrics:
- 10 walk-in patients per day generated via digital marketing channels.
- Conversion rate of leads to walk-ins.
- Cost per lead and return on ad spend (ROAS).
- Growth in social media engagement and followers.
- Website traffic and lead generation metrics.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. MBA preferred.
- 3–5 years of proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in the healthcare or service industry.
- Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email campaigns, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, etc.).
- Excellent communication and creative thinking skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet performance goals consistently.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in healthcare or clinic-based marketing.
- Knowledge of CRM systems and lead tracking tools.
- Graphic design or video editing skills (Canva, Adobe tools, etc.) is a plus.
