Qualifications:

Minimum 4–6 years of experience in digital or performance marketing,

Proven experience managing large-scale campaigns across Google, Meta,TikTok and Apple Search Ads advertising platforms,

Strong analytical and technical skills; hands-on experience with MMP tools and attribution modeling,

Experience in working with and managing media agencies, ensuring alignment on KPIs, budgets, and performance outcomes,
-
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, data-driven environment with a test-and-learn mindset,
-
Excellent command of English and strong attention to detail in campaign execution, reporting, and cross-team coordination.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute data-driven digital marketing strategies to support user acquisition and growth goals,

Plan, launch, and optimize performance campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), Apple Search Ads and TikTok Ads platforms,
-
Manage and optimize campaign budgets with a strong focus on ROI, ROAS and CAC performance metrics,
-
Analyze campaign and user data to generate insights, improve conversion rates, and reduce acquisition costs,
-
Track and measure user acquisition performance using MMP tools such as Adjust,
-
Collaborate closely with product, brand, and creative teams to ensure efficient end-to-end campaign execution,
-
Manage relationships with media buying agencies, including briefing, campaign setup coordination, performance optimization, and reporting alignment,
-
Build and maintain performance dashboards using Google Analytics 4 similar analytics tools.

Conduct A/B tests and experiment with new audience segments and campaign strategies to scale user acquisition,
-
Prepare regular performance reports, share insights with management, and propose data-driven optimization actions.
