The Role
We're looking for a Creative Strategist who lives and breathes performance marketing and creative. You're equal parts strategic thinker and compelling copywriter - someone who owns the creative vision behind our paid social campaigns while writing the scripts, briefs, and copy that bring them to life.
This isn't just about pretty ads - it's about understanding customer pain points, crafting messages that resonate, and driving real growth through performance-focused creative that converts. You should be the kind of person who obsesses over hook rates, studies competitor ads for fun, and gets genuinely excited when you crack a winning angle.
What You'll Be Doing
Strategy & Planning

Develop end-to-end creative strategies aligned with customer acquisition targets

Conduct competitor analysis and trend research to keep our creative cutting-edge

Map out creative testing roadmaps and campaign calendars
Copywriting & Content Creation

Write compelling direct-response copy, UGC scripts, and ad copy for Meta and TikTok

Craft hooks, CTAs, and messaging that convert browsers into buyers

Develop copy for landing pages, email campaigns, and marketing materials

Translate complex supplement science into clear, benefit-driven messaging
Production & Collaboration

Create detailed creative briefs for designers and video editors

Collaborate with our graphic designers and marketing team

Manage the creative production pipeline from ideation to launch
Performance & Optimisation

Analyse creative performance metrics including CTR, CPA, hook rate, conversion rate, and ROAS

Implement A/B testing and rapid iteration based on data insights

Present weekly performance reports with actionable recommendations
What We're Looking For
Essential Experience

2+ years of proven experience in creative strategy and copywriting for DTC brands

Strong portfolio demonstrating successful paid social campaigns with measurable results

Significant experience writing scripts for UGC creators, Meta ads, and TikTok ads

Deep understanding of marketing psychology, emotional triggers, and conversion copywriting

Data-driven mindset with ability to turn metrics into actionable creative insights

Exceptional communication skills and obsessive attention to detail
Technical Requirements

Expert-level copywriting for performance marketing

Proficiency with Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager

Available during UK working hours (9am-5pm GMT) with minimum 4-hour overlap daily

Fluent English (written and spoken) - all application materials must be in English
