Role Description:

We are looking for a Senior Digital Marketing Specialist to lead, execute, and optimize high-impact digital marketing strategies across multiple platforms. This role is ideal for a data-driven marketer with strong creative instincts and hands-on campaign management experience.

Main Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute full-funnel digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Plan, manage, and optimize paid media campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
• Lead content-driven performance strategies in collaboration with content and creative teams.
• Analyze campaign performance, prepare detailed reports, and provide data-backed insights.
• Manage SEO, website traffic optimization, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
• Monitor digital trends, market behavior, and competitor activities.
• Lead A/B testing for ads, landing pages, and funnels.
• Support brand growth, lead generation, and sales enablement initiatives.
• Mentor junior team members and support digital best practices across departments.
  

Qualifications & Skills:

• 4–6+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing.
• English Fluency is A MUST.
• Strong expertise in paid media, performance marketing, and analytics.
• Excellent knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, and tracking tools.
• Solid understanding of SEO, content strategy, and user journey.
• Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail.
• Creative thinker with the ability to turn insights into growth actions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
