We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Digital Marketing Specialist with a strong background in international SEO, in-house brand marketing, and performance-driven digital strategy. The ideal candidate must have a proven track record of ranking company websites on top positions, handling global projects, and leading digital growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

SEO & Digital Strategy

  • Develop, implement, and manage end-to-end SEO strategies for international markets (US, UK, Canada, Australia, Europe).
  • Achieve top SERP rankings for company websites and client websites.
  • Conduct in-depth keyword research, competitor analysis, and technical audits.
  • Drive organic traffic growth through on-page, off-page, and technical SEO excellence.
  • Create and execute content marketing strategies, topic clusters, and SEO-friendly content plans.

Backlinking (International)

  • Build high-quality backlinks through ethical, white-hat techniques.
  • Plan and execute global link-building campaigns—guest posting, outreach, partnerships, PR links, etc.
  • Maintain a strong backlink profile and monitor toxic links.

Digital Marketing Execution

  • Manage digital marketing campaigns across search, social, and content channels.
  • Support brand building and online visibility through strategic initiatives.
  • Track performance metrics and prepare monthly/quarterly reporting.

Client & Team Management

  • Manage client communication confidently with excellent spoken and written English.
  • Handle project discussions, requirement gathering, and strategy presentations.
  • Guide junior team members when needed; also work independently as an individual contributor.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of proven experience in Digital Marketing with strong SEO specialization.
  • Experience working on international and in-house IT projects.
  • Proven record of ranking websites on the first page/top positions.
  • Strong understanding of Technical SEO, Analytics Tools, and Marketing Funnels.
  • Expertise in global backlinking, outreach, and content strategy.
  • Excellent communication skills and confidence in client interactions.
  • Ability to handle both team responsibilities and independent work.
  • Must have a portfolio/case studies of SEO & digital work done so far.

Preferred Skills

  • Knowledge of tools: Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Moz.
  • Understanding of conversion optimization, website UX basics, and competitor mapping.
  • Experience in IT services marketing is a plus.
