Senior Digital Marketing Specialist

About the Role



Manage, and optimize multi-channel performance marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Criteo, TikTok, Yandex, Bing etc.).



Responsibilities



  • Lead A/B testing and experimentation to improve conversion rates and campaign efficiency.
  • Develop comprehensive performance reports and present actionable insights to management team.
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, CRM and Product teams to align digital marketing strategies to achieve business goals.
  • Supervise and mentor junior team members, providing guidance and training.
  • Manage relationships with digital agencies and third-party partners.
  • Stay ahead of digital trends, ad tech innovations, and measurement methodologies to continuously improve growth efforts.


Qualifications



  • 4+ years of proven experience in Digital Marketing, Performance Marketing, or E-commerce (agency and/or brand-side experience preferred).
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Advanced expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, Retargeting platforms, Yandex, TikTok Ads, Pinterest Ads, MMP Tools.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4), Looker Studio, and marketing measurement tools and familiar with SEO processes.
  • In-depth knowledge of digital marketing metrics (ROAS, ROI, LTV, Attribution Models, Funnel Optimization, Segmentation).
  • Experience in budget management and allocating multi-channel investments.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with agencies, vendors, and stakeholders.
