Senior Digital Product Designer

We are seeking a talented Product Designer (UI/UX) to help shape the next generation of digital banking and financial products. In this role, you will design intuitive, user-centric experiences across mobile and web platforms. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, simplify complex workflows, and contribute to the overall product vision.

Responsibilities

• Lead design work across the full product lifecycle — from user research and discovery to final delivery.
• Create clear user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and polished high-fidelity UI designs.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Research teams to translate requirements into meaningful user experiences.
• Evolve, maintain, and expand the digital banking design system to ensure consistency and scalability.
• Conduct usability testing and incorporate user insights into design iterations.
• Ensure that all designs follow accessibility, usability, and digital banking standards.
• Support and guide junior designers while contributing to the broader design strategy.
  
  

Requirements

• 3-5 years of hands-on experience in Product Design / UI/UX with a strong, relevant portfolio.
• Strong skills in UX and UI, with exceptional attention to detail and visual clarity.
• Proficient in Figma and modern design & prototyping tools.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Experience working with design systems and applying user-centered design principles.
• Passionate about building high-quality digital experiences and solving complex product challenges.
• Experience in banking, fintech, or other complex product environments is a plus.
