Senior Digital Transformation Engineer

Algihaz Holding is looking for a talented Senior Digital Transformation Engineer to join our team in Cairo. This on‑site role offers the chance to lead impactful digital initiatives, enhance operational efficiency, and play a key part in the growth of a rapidly evolving organization.

What you’ll do

• Drive digital transformation initiatives across Supply Chain functions through automation and system optimization
• Support Oracle Fusion / Oracle Cloud SCM solutions aligned with business objectives
• Identify process gaps, quantify value, and implement digital and automated workflows
• Collaborate with IT, Digital, Procurement, and Operations teams to integrate scalable digital solutions
• Leverage emerging technologies (AI/ML, Generative AI, Industry 4.0, RPA) to improve planning, execution, and governance
• Lead functional testing (unit & integration) to ensure system reliability and performance
• Provide functional support and root-cause analysis for Oracle applications and SCM digital tools
• Develop analytics, reports, and dashboards to support management decision-making
• Conduct user training sessions and promote digital adoption across Supply Chain teams

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, IT, or related field
• 5 years of experience in digital systems, supply chain technology, or transformation roles
• Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion / Oracle Cloud SCM
• Exposure to automation, AI/ML, analytics, and digital SCM solutions
• Solid skills in requirements gathering, solution design, testing, and stakeholder management
• Familiarity with Oracle Cloud, SQL, reporting tools, and Microsoft Office.
• Fluent in English; strong communication and analytical skills
