Senior Digital Transformation Manager

What you'll do:

• Lead digital transformation initiatives across business operations and technology platforms
• Develop and implement digital strategies aligned with organizational goals
• Oversee process automation, system integration, and digital optimization projects
• Collaborate with IT, operations, and business teams to improve workflows and performance
• Manage digital tools, software solutions, and transformation roadmaps
• Monitor project KPIs, timelines, budgets, and operational efficiency metrics
• Identify opportunities for innovation and technology-driven improvements
• Support change management and digital adoption initiatives across teams
• Coordinate with vendors, technology partners, and stakeholders on project execution
• Lead and mentor project teams involved in digital transformation initiatives

Requirements:

• Experience in digital transformation, technology management, or business process improvement
• Strong understanding of digital tools, automation, and operational optimization
• Leadership and cross-functional team management capabilities
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Ability to manage multiple transformation projects and priorities
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, Engineering, or related field preferred or equivalent experience
