Ellaway Blues Consulting is looking for a Senior Director of Talent Acquisition. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for shaping, scaling, and elevating the company’s entire recruitment function during a period of significant expansion.

Role Overview
The Senior Director of Talent Acquisition will lead enterprise-wide hiring strategy, workforce planning, employer branding, and executive search support. This leader will build and mentor a high-performing TA team, design scalable processes, and partner closely with senior leadership to ensure the organization attracts and retains top-tier talent across all disciplines.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute strategic, company-wide talent acquisition plans that support current and future workforce needs
• Lead collaborative workforce planning initiatives alongside HR and business unit leadership
• Build, coach, and lead a high-performing recruitment team focused on service, execution, and measurable results
• Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement within the talent function
• Design and implement scalable, data-driven recruitment processes, systems, and reporting models
• Oversee ATS optimization, hiring manager enablement, and the end-to-end candidate experience
• Strengthen the employer brand through targeted campaigns, partnerships, and events
• Build relationships with universities, professional associations, and industry groups
• Lead executive and specialized recruitment efforts with discretion and precision
• Provide labor market intelligence and strategic counsel to senior leadership
Basic Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
• Minimum of 12 years of talent acquisition experience, including at least 5 years in senior leadership
• Proven success building or scaling TA functions in high-growth, industrial, energy, manufacturing, or technical environments
• Expertise in workforce planning, ATS platforms, and recruitment analytics
