General Summary
Rise Broadband is seeking a strategic, data-driven, and creative Senior Director of Brand, Product, & Content Marketing in the Dallas/Fort Worth area to shape our go-to-market strategy, define our brand narrative, and own all creative and content development. This leader will guide product positioning, pricing and packaging strategy, and messaging across the customer lifecycle — partnering closely with the Sr. Director of eCommerce & Performance Marketing to ensure seamless integration from brand to demand.
Essential Duties/Responsibilities
Brand & Product Strategy-
Define and evolve Rise Broadband’s brand identity, messaging, and positioning.

Own product marketing strategy: research market needs, segment customers, and craft value propositions for products and services.

Lead pricing and packaging strategy in collaboration with finance and product operations teams, ensuring competitive positioning and profitability.

Build product launch plans that align with business priorities and drive adoption.

Creative & Content Leadership

Oversee the in-house or outsourced creative team to deliver campaign assets, video, copy, and design that align with brand strategy.

Drive a robust content marketing program (blogs, videos, guides, case studies) that supports awareness, lead generation, and SEO objectives.

Maintain messaging consistency across all customer touchpoints.

Social Media & Community
-
Own organic and paid social media strategy, including influencer and community engagement.

Activate social campaigns that amplify product launches, promotions, and brand storytelling.

Upper-Funnel Media
-
Lead CTV, linear, and brand advertising strategy and execution.

Work with analytics to measure brand lift, reach, and contribution to demand.

Cross-Functional Leadership

Partner with product management, finance, sales, and customer experience to ensure alignment on product features, pricing, and messaging.

Collaborate with Sr. Director of eCommerce & Performance Marketing to ensure integrated campaign execution from awareness through conversion.

Leadership & Team Development

Build, coach, and inspire a high-performing team across product marketing, creative, content, and social.

Manage agency partners, budgets, and campaign timelines.

Foster a culture of innovation and measurable impact.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.

12+ years of marketing experience, including product marketing and brand leadership, with 5+ in senior management.

Proven experience defining product positioning, messaging, and pricing/packaging strategies.

Strong creative sensibilities and ability to guide compelling campaigns.

Deep experience in content strategy, social media, and upper-funnel media.

Track record of collaboration across product, finance, and sales teams.

Excellent communication and leadership skills; telecom experience preferred, telecom, SaaS, or subscription business experience required.
