Designs the vision, build the long range and annual business plans for a sustainable growth agenda for Daha Daha.

Develops winning business models for Daha Daha and Extra Zone expansion across geographies, working with internal functions and global teams.

Oversees consumer data, partnerships, technology, digital product and business development and improvement opportunities to make Daha Daha the best consumer growth platform in launched market.

Acts as the change agent within Eurasia & Middle East Operating Unit to nurture all associates on digital capabilities and prepares the Operating Unit to digitally lead the market(s) in the 5-10 years.

Collaborates with mostly Marketing, Franchise, Customer and Commercial Leadership, Digital Technology Services, Data & Analytics and Legal functions to accelerate digital mindset, capabilities, and improve way of working and operating models.

Collaborates strongly with Bottlers to make Daha Daha at the core of the breakthrough end-to-end digital ecosystem(s) to be co-created in relevant markets to create value for consumers, customers, partners and Coca-Cola System.

Eurasia & Middle East Operating Unit: 25 markets, more than 3 bottlers, including 1 of the Top 10 bottlers worldwide.

Team leader of 4 highly skilled digitally savvy associates (as of 2025) and indirect influences around functions such as Digital Technology Services, Data & Analytics, Marketing (incl. IMX (Integrated Marketing Experience), Categories, Frontline, Human Insight), Strategy, Customer and Commercial Leadership, Legal and Data Privacy Office in Eurasia & Middle East Operating Unit and Global Enterprise.
Experience REQUIREMENTS

15+ years of digital product experience with proven success records

Proven experience of leading digital Product teams
