About the Role
Are you the bridge between Big Data and Net Zero? Informatica Sustainable Tech Pty Ltd is seeking a Senior Director of Climate Tech Solutions to lead our decarbonization strategy in Abu Dhabi.

This is a mission-critical role at the intersection of Enterprise SaaS and Environmental Science. As the UAE accelerates its "Net Zero by 2050" initiative, major industries are scrambling to measure, report, and reduce their carbon footprint. You will lead the team that provides the digital infrastructure to make that happen. We are looking for a visionary who understands Scope 1, 2, and 3 emissions as deeply as they understand Cloud Architecture and API integrations. If you can translate complex ESG regulations into scalable software solutions for energy and industrial giants, this is your platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Solution Strategy: Define the go-to-market technical strategy for our Climate Intelligence Platform, ensuring it meets the rigorous demands of the Energy, Utilities, and Manufacturing sectors.
• Client Advisory: Act as the primary trusted advisor to C-Sustainability Officers (CSOs) and CIOs, helping them map their data landscape to their decarbonization goals (SBTi/COP28 pledges).
• Product Leadership: Collaborate with Engineering and Product Management to translate regional regulatory requirements (ADGM Sustainable Finance, MoIAT) into product features.
• Commercial Support: Lead the technical side of high-value enterprise deals, demonstrating how our data governance and AI tools provide verifiable, audit-ready ESG reporting.
• Team Management: Scale and mentor a hybrid team of Solution Architects, Data Engineers, and Carbon Accountants.
• Thought Leadership: Represent the company at major regional climate summits (WFES, ADIPEC), positioning our tech as the gold standard for transparency.

What We Are Looking For

• Experience: 12+ years in Enterprise Software or Data Consulting, with at least 5 years dedicated to Sustainability, ESG, or Climate Tech.
• The "Hybrid" Skillset: You must possess deep technical literacy (Data Management, SaaS, AI/ML) and deep domain knowledge (GHG Protocol, TCFD, GRI Standards).
• Strategic Vision: Proven track record of designing digital transformation roadmaps for complex industrial organizations.
• Education: Master’s degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, or Computer Science.
• Regional Insight: Understanding of the Middle East’s energy transition challenges is a massive plus.

Pay: AED65,000.00 - AED95,000.00 per month
