Compensation: This role will be compensated with a base annual salary plus an annual bonus percentage

  • Base Annual Range: $110,000-$150,000

Location: On-site/Hybrid at GOLFTEC’s Headquarters in Englewood, CO

Position Overview:

The Senior Director of Coach Performance drives operational excellence and performance outcomes across all corporate territories through strong leadership, strategic execution, and cross-functional collaboration. This role ensures enterprise priorities are translated into clear field actions, partners closely with Directors of Operations to elevate results, and supports executive leadership through insights, reporting, and coordinated execution. The Senior Director plays a pivotal role in shaping the Coach operating system and guiding territory performance while maintaining alignment with organizational strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Execution & Coach Alignment

  • Support development of the enterprise Coach performance strategy and execute the roadmap across all territories.
  • Translate GOLFTEC leadership and executive directives into actionable field priorities, plans, and performance expectations.
  • Maintain and continuously improve the field operating system, including process mapping, scorecards, business reviews, and performance routines.

Performance Management & Operational Outcomes

  • Partner with Directors of Operations to monitor, forecast, and influence P&L performance across territories.
  • Lead enterprise performance reporting, including insights, trends, risks, and recommended actions for executive review.
  • Manage escalations and coordinate rapid response to significant Coach issues and opportunities.

Leadership & Coaching

  • Provide coaching, guidance, and accountability to Directors of Operations to drive consistent execution and operational excellence.
  • Facilitate cross-territory alignment and best-practice sharing to ensure consistent standards and scalable performance improvements.
  • Support Coach, happiness, leadership talent strategy, contributing to succession planning, skill development, and leadership readiness.

Resource Allocation & Initiative Support

  • Assist in evaluating and prioritizing resources—people, capital, and initiatives—across territories based on enterprise needs.
  • Coordinate with HR, Operations, BI, Marketing, Product, and Coaching to integrate field requirements into cross-functional initiatives and ensure effective rollout and adoption.

Requirements

  • Significant experience in multi-unit operations or performance leadership roles.
  • Demonstrated success influencing P&L outcomes and operational performance.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Proven ability to lead and develop leaders in a distributed field environment
  • Proven utilization of systems thinking in problem recognition and problem-solving.
