Senior Director of Healthcare Operations & Logistics

Job Summary:

Pinnacle Medico is seeking a highly organized and strategic Senior Director of Healthcare Operations & Logistics to oversee healthcare operations, logistics coordination, operational planning, and service performance in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

What you'll do:

• Lead daily healthcare operations and logistics coordination activities
• Oversee operational workflows, scheduling, and resource planning
• Manage logistics performance, operational efficiency, and service delivery standards
• Supervise operational teams and coordinate cross-functional activities
• Support operational reporting, budgeting, and performance tracking
• Collaborate with vendors, service providers, and internal departments
• Monitor compliance with healthcare operational procedures and company standards
• Identify opportunities to improve operational processes and efficiency
• Assist with strategic planning and organizational growth initiatives
• Maintain effective communication with leadership and operational teams
• Ensure high standards of operational support and coordination
• Support process improvement and workflow optimization initiatives

Requirements:

• Experience in healthcare operations, logistics, administration, operations management, or related leadership roles
• Strong communication, organizational, and team leadership skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a professional environment
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to operational efficiency
• Comfortable working in a collaborative and fast-paced setting
• Knowledge of logistics coordination, operations support, or healthcare services is an asset
• Experience with reporting, scheduling, or operational planning preferred
• Open to candidates from healthcare, logistics, operations, administration, or service management backgrounds
• Bachelor's degree or relevant industry experience preferred but not mandatory

Pay: ﷼32,000.00 - ﷼52,000.00 per month
