Responsibilities:
Strategic Marketing Leadership

Design, implement, and continuously evaluate comprehensive marketing strategies that align with organizational goals and drive measurable growth across all service lines

Lead brand strategy development and evolution, ensuring consistent brand positioning and messaging across all touchpoints

Partner with service line leaders to develop targeted marketing campaigns that support growth objectives, community engagement, and program awareness

Develop and manage marketing budget, ensuring optimal resource allocation and ROI across campaigns and initiatives
Digital Marketing & Technology

Oversee SEO strategy and implementation to maximize online visibility and organic reach

Manage marketing automation platforms to optimize lead nurturing, audience segmentation, and campaign effectiveness

Leverage data analytics to track campaign performance, generate quarterly reports, and provide actionable insights that inform strategic decisions

Drive digital transformation initiatives to enhance the organization's digital presence and engagement
Content Strategy
- Oversee an integrated content calendar that balances campaigns, stakeholder priorities, organizational goals, and diverse content types

Qualifications:
Education & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business, or related field
- A minimum of 5 years of progressive marketing and communications experience
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful integrated marketing campaigns with measurable results
