  • Cross-Functional Collaboration & Execution
  • Serve as a key liaison between business units, clinical teams, and technical teams to ensure pharmacy automation initiatives support both operational goals and user experience.
  • Coordinate with engineering, infrastructure, QA, and security teams to ensure delivery excellence across all projects.
  • Partner with business and technology leadership to define success metrics, prioritize automation opportunities, and ensure measurable outcomes.
  • Lead executive-level communication, providing visibility into roadmap progress, risks, and business impact.

  • Compliance & Quality
  • Ensure all pharmacy system enhancements and automation solutions comply with healthcare regulations, interoperability standards, and data privacy requirements (HIPAA, CMS, etc.).
  • Promote governance and documentation standards across all automation and AI-enabled initiatives.

Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of experience in pharmacy systems, healthcare operations, or process ownership within a complex, regulated environment.

  • Proven track record in process mapping, re-engineering, and intelligent automation (AI/ML, RPA, or workflow orchestration).

  • Strong understanding of AI/ML applications, RPA tools, and automation technologies in pharmacy workflows.

  • Experience with enterprise system integration, data standards, and automation frameworks within healthcare systems.

  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills with demonstrated ability to influence at executive and operational levels.

  • Strong experience with business process modeling (BPMN) and process documentation best practices.

  • Familiarity with healthcare compliance, data governance, and security regulations.

  • Preferred Qualifications
  • Background in Post-Acute Care and Specialty Pharmacy IT systems.
  • Hands-on experience with AI/ML platforms, automation frameworks, and cloud-native technologies (e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP).
  • Advanced degree (MS or MBA) in Healthcare Administration, Informatics, or related technical field.
  • Lean Six Sigma or BPM certification preferred.
  • Strategic and execution-driven leader with a strong understanding of both technology and pharmacy operations.
