This position is responsible for the development of overall business plans to build brand equity and consumer desirability for company products in the assigned channel of distribution. This includes conceptualizing and implementing market strategy, pricing and promotions, achieving marketing targets/metrics for the business, product development, planning, sourcing and acquiring market intelligence through tracking, research and trend analysis. This is a highly collaborative role that interfaces with all levels of the organization to create “best in class” products and solutions. This is a critical leadership role and is responsible for managing and leading a department/process to ensure customer needs are translated into product.
