Senior Director - Project Management Office (PMO)

The Senior Director - PMO holds end-to-end accountability for delivery governance across the consulting and technology portfolio spanning multiple operating companies.

This role serves as the single executive owner of delivery excellence, portfolio transparency, financial discipline, and customer outcomes. The position leads the community of Project and Program Managers, establishes structured governance standards, ensures execution predictability, and provides the Divisional CEO with accurate, decision-ready insight across schedule, cost, risk, and revenue realization.

Qualifications & Experience

• Proven experience leading a PMO or managing large-scale portfolios within IT services, system integration, or consulting environments
• Demonstrated success managing managers across multi-entity or multi-business unit structures
• Strong background managing fixed-price, milestone-driven, and performance-based contracts
• Proven ability to recover and stabilize challenged programs

Technical & Methodological Expertise

• Deep understanding of enterprise technology delivery models
• Experience operating across Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies
• Familiarity with project management, reporting, and collaboration platforms
