Lower end of the pay range will apply to candidates who meet minimum experience or have limited years of relevant experience. The higher end of the pay range will apply to seasoned candidates with considerable years of relevant experience.
PATH is seeking candidates passionate about helping others make a positive change in their lives to join our Strategic Partnerships team as the Senior Director, Strategic Partnerships at the RHC Office.
ABOUT PATH
Since its foundation in 1984, PATH (People Assisting The Homeless) has pioneered bold and effective approaches to assist people experiencing homelessness. PATH operates services throughout California, connecting our clients to a comprehensive continuum of homelessness prevention, street outreach, employment preparation and placement assistance, individualized case management, supportive services, interim housing, and permanent supportive housing.
ABOUT THE JOB
As part of the Strategic Partnerships team, the Senior Director, Strategic Partnerships will work under the supervision of PATH's Chief External Affairs Officer to achieve statewide revenue goals through public and private funding from government sources as well as private foundations. This position will create and manage a multi-year fund development plan, designed to achieve PATH's goals and institutionalize best practices, and create a "culture of philanthropy" across the entire organization. The Senior Director of Strategic Partnerships will play a major role in readying the organization for more growth and impact in the coming years. The Senior Director is responsible for overseeing all aspects of institutional fundraising, including developing strategies to initiate new contacts and build relationships with new potential funders, strengthening existing funding relationships, managing the production of grant proposals and reports and conducting other cultivation and solicitation activities as required for institutional donors. The Senior Director of Strategic Partnerships will supervise the Grants Department to ensure timely and accurate management of all foundation, corporate, and government grants, and related requirements.
