The Role

As Director of Partnerships, you’ll lead the strategy and execution of high-impact collaborations that expand brand reach, generate significant revenue, and position the company as a leader in its category. You’ll oversee all aspects of partner relationships—from sourcing and negotiating to onboarding and long-term performance management—while working closely with marketing, product, sales, and executive leadership. This is a high-visibility role with direct impact on the company’s trajectory.


Key Responsibilities

  • Build and lead a partnerships function responsible for acquisition, onboarding, optimization, and re-engagement
  • Develop and manage a roster of strategic partners across multiple verticals (influencers, athletes, advisors, industry leaders, and media voices)
  • Craft and negotiate custom deal structures, including paid partnerships, affiliate agreements, and equity-based collaborations
  • Establish scalable systems for partner lifecycle management and performance tracking
  • Work cross-functionally to integrate partnerships into broader brand and go-to-market strategies
  • Represent the company at events and travel regularly (domestic and international) to meet with top partners and prospects


What We’re Looking For

  • 6+ years in partnerships, business development, or commercial strategy, with at least 2–3 years in a leadership capacity
  • Proven track record of driving significant revenue through strategic partnerships in consumer goods, health/wellness, or media industries
  • Strong network across influencers, creators, and emerging content platforms (podcasts, YouTube, newsletters, social, etc.)
  • Expertise in deal structuring, contract negotiation, and forecasting
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to influence at the highest levels
  • A balance of strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in tools like Google Suite, Excel, and project management software
