Senior Director, Supply Chain

We are seeking a Senior Director of Supply Chain to lead and optimize end-to-end supply chain operations within a manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for overseeing procurement, production planning, inventory management, logistics, and distribution to ensure operational efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and compliance with regulatory and quality standards. Responsibilities

• Develop and implement long-term supply chain strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Manage and optimize supply chain processes, including transportation, warehousing, and inventory management.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, operations, and sales teams to align production schedules with demand forecasts.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and operational execution.
• Oversee sourcing strategies for raw materials, packaging, and indirect goods.
• Monitor logistics performance metrics, identify inefficiencies, and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and quality standards.
• Build and maintain strong supplier relationships, meeting quality, cost, and delivery targets.
• Ensure supply chain activities comply with regulatory and industry standards, including food safety.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives in cost reduction, material planning, and supply chain integration.
• Provide leadership, mentorship, and direction to supply chain teams.
• Collaborate with finance, quality assurance, and operations teams to optimize supply chain performance.
• Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
