As Senior Director, Talent Acquisition – Corporate Functions, you will lead the development and execution of talent acquisition strategies that support corporate priorities. You’ll serve as a strategic advisor to senior executive leaders in Corporate Functions and International, drive operational excellence, and ensure we attract and hire the best talent to power Walmart’s continued growth and transformation worldwide. This role is pivotal in aligning recruiting efforts, building high-performing teams, and delivering a world-class candidate and stakeholder experience.

Live Better U is a Walmart-paid education benefit program for full-time and part-time associates in Walmart and Sam's Club facilities. Programs range from high school completion to bachelor's degrees, including English Language Learning and short-form certificates. Tuition, books, and fees are completely paid for by Walmart.

The annual salary range for this position is $130,000.00 - $260,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual performance bonuses and annual stock.
