Capital Markets Technology Program and Change Manager – Job DescriptionWe are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Technology Program and Change Manager to join our team. This role sits within the JLL Capital Markets technology group, which is responsible for the platforms and products used by Capital Markets brokers, valuers, and their teams. In this role you will lead complex technology programs and establish comprehensive change management frameworks, working with product, engineering, business, and support teams globally to deliver new product capabilities for JLL's Capital Markets Group. The ideal candidate will have experience driving multiple initiatives in parallel, delivering at pace and creating impact for the business.
What this job involvesAs a Technology Program and Change Manager at Capital Markets JLL Technologies you will be directly responsible for:
Program ManagementLeading program initiation, planning, execution and governance across technology product, engineering, business, and support teams
Understanding global business product capabilities and strategic roadmaps
Engaging stakeholders across functions and regions to define and execute integrated programs
Managing program financial and vendor management plus key performance metrics
Managing risks and issues including mitigation plans with proper escalation to executives and other senior stakeholders
Leading complex global programs and special initiatives with multiple stakeholders and workstreams
Managing program governance structure including relevant forums, Working Groups, status reports, and other governance elements
Change ManagementEstablishing and maintaining a tech change management operating model, including relevant forums, working groups, and status reporting
Initiating, planning and coordinating change management efforts across Product, Business, Innovation, Tech Advisory and Support teams
Ensuring required engagement with, and input from, the Marketing & Communications teams on tech communications
Engaging and influencing stakeholders across functions and regions to promote and win support for change management programs
Qualifications & SkillsBachelor's degree in a related field.
Minimum 10 years of relevant technology experience, preferably in commercial real estate and/or financial markets
History of delivering successful programs, project and change management initiatives and achieving desired outcomes
Track record of planning and organizing change initiatives
Experience at complex global organizations with product culture and operating model
Strong stakeholder attention with ability to align multiple business and technology partners including vendors
Experience managing matrix teams responsible for delivery of complex projects
Ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization, including senior leadership, to drive change and adoption
Ability to analyze complex issues, identify potential risks and challenges, and develop solutions and mitigation strategies
Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
Strong planning, execution, and organizational abilities
Dynamic and able to work at pace, while managing ambiguity and rapid change
Ability to work on multiple initiatives simultaneously
