  • se appropriate tools and systems when sending or receiving vendor and engineering documents. Ensure all drawings, manuals, and transmittals are accurately logged. A
  • ssist with managing projects within WSP’s project directory. A
  • ssist with various ‘file’ compilations as well as the preparation of ‘packages’ for squad check, clients, vendors and/or construction. A
  • ssist Project Managers with Project Closeouts. Appropriately archive all pertinent documentation per Archive and Project Closeout procedures and checklists. A

  • achelors/Masters degree in Arts/Commerce/Science or equivalent. P
  • reference will be given to candidates with minimum 8+ years of experience in a consulting firm in complementary industries like oil & gas, Power, Mining using DC softwares. E
  • xcellent written and verbal communication skills in English. B
