Key Responsibilities:


  • 9 10 years of experience in HR Administration Employee Data Management Benefit Admin Compensation Admin Performance Management activities
  • Graduate in any stream
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in leading Service Delivery for International HR Operations Payroll team for minimum of 6 years
  • Results and deadline driven
  • Proven expertise in customer relationship management strong consultative skills
  • Experience in HRMS ERP like SAP SuccessFactors Workday etc
  • Experience in Team handling
  • Good experience in coordinating with customer and vendor for inputs and validation
  • Computer proficiency MS Office Word Excel and Outlook
  • Good to have
  • Excellent customer management negotiation skills
  • EC module certification for any HRIS system
  • Understanding of Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland legislation and compliance requirements
  • Key responsibilities include maintaining HR systems and employee data ensuring legal compliance Payroll support processes and address Employees queries regarding HR policies procedures and issues
  • Responsibility includes supervise hire and train employees manage quality assurance programs and strategize process improvements
  • Oversee all aspects of Employee Life cycle administration like onboarding new hires employee data changes terminations retirements benefits etc
  • Ensure adherence to International labor laws and regulatory requirements
  • Monitoring team s performance against the agreed SLAs
  • Identify trends and high volume transactions that may indicate org wide issues and get the team prepared to handle such high volumes at times
  • Train and develop team members
  • Provide constructive feedback to team members to improve their performance
  • Create developmental plans for each team member
  • Create the back up plan for handling of unforeseen or seasonal volume fluctuations
  • Ensures process compliances Knowledge Management compliances to meet the client internal commitments
  • Handle User customer escalations and formulate actions to resolve any concerns and ownership till resolution
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and support lead transformation automations projects
