Role Summary

We are seeking a dynamic Technical Lead who combines strong hands-on development expertise with leadership qualities. The ideal candidate will architect, code, mentor, and communicate effectively with stakeholders, ensuring delivery excellence while guiding the team toward best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor developers, providing technical guidance, code reviews, and fostering best practices.

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using .NET Core and C#.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (business, QA, infra) to define, design, and deliver new features.

• Architect and implement RESTful APIs, ensuring secure and efficient integration with third-party services.

• Balance leadership with hands-on coding, writing clean, maintainable, and efficient code.

• Drive technical discussions, propose solutions, and make decisions on architecture, design patterns, and performance optimization.

• Ensure delivery quality by troubleshooting, debugging, and optimizing application performance.

• Maintain technical documentation and oversee deployment processes.

• Champion continuous improvement in development processes, tools, and team collaboration.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

• 7–10 years of overall experience, with at least 2–3 years in a lead or senior role.

• Strong proficiency in C#, ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework, and SQL Server (including complex queries).

• Solid understanding of OOP, design patterns, and software architecture principles.

• Experience in leading small to mid-sized teams, mentoring developers, and managing delivery timelines.

• Familiarity with REST APIs, Git, Agile methodologies, and DevOps practices.

• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Azure or other cloud platforms.

• Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and front-end frameworks (Angular, React).

• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines, Docker/Kubernetes, and modern DevOps practices.

• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and present them clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
