Job Opening: Landscape Draftsman

About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Landscape senior Draftsman to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a team to preparing high-quality landscape drawings, layouts, and technical designs that support project planning and implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed landscape drawings, plans, and 3D views using AutoCAD and relevant drafting software
• Develop site plans, planting plans, irrigation layouts, and construction details
• Coordinate with the landscape architect, project engineers, and site team to ensure design accuracy
• Revise and update drawings based on feedback and site conditions
• Ensure all drawings comply with project standards, codes, and client requirements
• Assist in preparing BOQs and material specifications

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of experience as a senior Landscape Draftsman in the UAE
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD; knowledge of SketchUp, Revit, or Photoshop is a plus
• Solid understanding of landscaping standards, hardscape/softscape elements, and site execution
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Strong attention to detail and technical accuracy
