Key responsibilities

Ensure compliance of procedure before an applicant goes for the driving test.

Provide information to the public on the procedures for obtaining a driving license.

Conduct rate analysis of the ratings given by the examiners and to study the possibility that the rate is more or less essential.

Inform the applicants about their test results and to explain them on their improvement areas.

Provide orientation to the new examiners on the driving test.

Check the file to determine whether the documents and procedures comply with traffic law, regulations and standards.

Provide the examiners with all the theoretical aspects of the test and enlighten them on the practical difficulties.

Conduct random checks to ensure that Examiners are abiding by policies and procedures.

Maintain records of applicants' files (failure rate and passing rate) which will help the management to make the necessary analysis.

Conduct driving test, analyse and see the various aspects of the driving test before signing the file of the passing applicant to ensure that fairness and justice is maintained.

Handle applicants in a correct manner when not clearing the test.
-
Train (practical) the examiners with regards to conducting the driving test.
