We are looking for an experienced Senior D365 CRM Consultant to join us remotely from Islamabad/Lahore. This role is ideal for someone who has strong technical depth across the Dynamics 365 CRM suite and has experience mentoring or leading a small team of consultants.

🔧 What You’ll Do

• Design and develop custom solutions using Dynamics 365 CE (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing) and Power Platform (Model Driven App, Canvas App, Power Portal, Power Automate)
• Lead small technical teams on assigned projects, providing guidance and code reviews
• Customise CRM using JavaScript, Plugins (C#), Workflows, Power Automate, and Web Resources
• Collaborate with onshore functional consultants to understand requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions
• Perform data migration, integration setup (using APIs or middleware), and solution deployments
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex CRM issues independently
• Ensure best practices in code quality, ALM, and solution architecture
• Document solutions and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team
  
  

✅ What You Bring

• 4+ years of hands-on technical experience with Dynamics 365 CRM / CE (Sales, Customer Service, or Marketing)
• Proficiency in C# (Plugins), JavaScript, Power Automate, and Dataverse
• Experience with Azure Logic Apps, Custom APIs, and third-party integrations
• Working knowledge of Power Platform: Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages
• Prior experience in mentoring or leading small technical teams (2–5 members)
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills with a detail-oriented mindset
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Microsoft certifications are a strong plus
