Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior E-Commerce Executive to join our team at JMS Technology Services. This role requires hands-on experience in managing and optimizing product listings on platforms like Amazon and eBay, along with a solid understanding of platform policies, promotions, and account health management.
As part of our growing e-commerce operations, you will play a key role in increasing product visibility, driving sales, and maintaining excellent marketplace performance.

Key Responsibilities:
Product Listing & Optimization:
Create new listings for products on Amazon and eBay
Update and maintain existing listings with accurate product information
Optimize titles, bullet points, descriptions, keywords, and A+ content
Ensure listings meet platform compliance and SEO best practices
Promotions & Campaign Management:
Plan and execute deals, coupons, and campaigns on Amazon and eBay
Monitor promotional performance and make data-driven improvements
Inventory & Order Management:
Track inventory levels and sync across platforms
Coordinate with the warehouse/logistics team for stock accuracy
Monitor order fulfillment and ensure timely dispatch
Account Health Monitoring:
Regularly check Amazon Account Health Dashboard
Handle performance notifications, warnings, and policy violations
Manage customer feedback, claims, and return issues in line with platform rules
Reporting & Analytics:
Use Amazon Seller Central and eBay Seller Hub for sales and performance tracking
Generate regular reports and recommend improvements based on analytics

Platform-Specific Responsibilities:
Amazon (Seller Central):
Listing creation and optimization (titles, descriptions, A+ content)
Monitoring seller metrics: ODR, LSR, feedback rating, etc.
Creating promotions, deals, coupons, and lightning deals

eBay:
Creating and optimizing product listings
Managing store layout, inventory, pricing, and return/shipping settings
Using eBay Seller Hub for performance tracking and insights
Running eBay-specific promotions and marketing campaigns
Handling buyer communication, return issues, and disputes

Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in online sales or e-commerce operations
Graduate in any discipline
Fluent in English (spoken and written)
Strong understanding of Amazon Seller Central and eBay Seller Hub
Knowledge of account health metrics and violation handling
Comfortable working with data and reporting tools like Excel or Google Sheets
Basic knowledge of digital marketing strategies is an added advantage
