Overview:

To ensure smooth and efficient operations across all online marketplaces and Mackly’s own website. This role is the glue between platforms, logistics, content, and customer satisfaction—keeping everything running like clockwork.

Key Responsibilities

1. Platform Coordination

  • Manage daily operations across major e-commerce platforms: Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Firstcry, Ajio, Nykaa, Shopify, and others.
  • Coordinate and communicate with account managers of each portal for promotions, ad placements, new launches, and performance reviews.

2. Order & Fulfillment Operations

  • Ensure timely processing of all orders received on each platform.
  • Work closely with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure smooth dispatch, return management, and fulfillment SLAs.
  • Track and troubleshoot order delays, cancellations, and RTOs.

3. Catalog & Content Management

  • Manage product listings: titles, descriptions, images, videos, size charts, keywords.
  • Coordinate with content and design teams to ensure updated creatives and A+ content is used.
  • Maintain 100% listing accuracy and hygiene—across sizes, SKUs, product variations, etc.

4. Pricing, Promotions & Campaign Execution

  • Upload pricing updates, offer changes, and discount structures as per campaign calendars.
  • Execute all promotional setups as per timelines: Great Indian Festival, Big Billion Days, Firstcry Sale, etc.
  • Monitor real-time pricing and flag any inconsistencies across platforms.

5. Inventory Sync & Stock Management

  • Ensure accurate stock sync between Mackly warehouse and e-commerce portals.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to avoid overselling or stockouts.
  • Update and track inventory levels during big sales and product drops.

6. Customer Service & Feedback Loop

  • Monitor customer feedback on all portals and initiate issue resolution with relevant teams.
  • Maintain high service-level compliance (TATs, dispatch timelines, returns, etc.).
  • Coordinate with the CRM team to gather post-purchase feedback and reviews.

7. Performance Reporting & Tracker Maintenance

  • Assist the E-commerce Manager in preparing daily/weekly/monthly sales and operational performance reports.
  • Maintain detailed trackers:
  • Order processing and status
  • Campaign and sale performance
  • Listing & catalog errors/issues
  • Portal communications log
  • Stock vs. sales data
  • Return rates & reasons

8. Cross-functional Coordination

  • Be the communication bridge between:
  • Warehouse/Dispatch
  • Marketing Team (for creatives/promos)
  • Accounts Team (for reconciliation, payouts)
  • Tech Team (Shopify or backend sync issues)
  • External agencies (if involved in cataloging or digital campaigns)

Qualifications: -

  • Proven experience in managing and optimizing products on major marketplace websites like Myntra, First cry, Ajio, Nykaa, Amazon, shopify and others.
  • 5 years + of relevant Experience.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, SEO, and keyword research.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret sales data and performance metrics.
  • Excellent written communication and marketing skills to create compelling product content.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple tasks
  • simultaneously.
  • Understanding of marketplace policies and best practices to ensure compliance.
  • Proficiency in e-commerce tools and software is a plus.
