Experience Required:
Minimum 4 years of experience in e-commerce operations, specifically handling Amazon, Myntra, and Shopify platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end product listings on Amazon, Myntra, and Shopify
- Optimize product content, titles, bullet points, descriptions, and SEO
- Ensure compliance with platform guidelines, especially Myntra’s strict catalog rules
- Handle inventory sync, pricing updates, and promotions across platforms
- Upload and maintain Shopify store products, themes, and app integrations
- Coordinate with the marketing team for campaigns, offers, and seasonal sales
- Analyze sales reports, generate performance dashboards, and suggest action plans
- Manage returns, order issues, and improve customer satisfaction ratings
Skills & Tools Required
- Hands-on experience with Amazon, Myntra, and Shopify
- Strong in product listing, inventory management, and order processing
- Knowledge of SEO for e-commerce listings
- Comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets for reports
- Basic use of Canvas or similar tools for creatives
- Understanding of platform policies and guidelines
Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, or any relevant field
